As a woman I understand the traumatic experiences that we sometimes find ourselves in. As a domestic violence survivor, it’s important to me to know that there other who deal with similar situations and other traumatic situations. It’s my passion to help other women strive and change their mindset to help in their healing process.

Our services are specially formulated to help you through your experience. I come up with a plan to help you reach your full potential when it comes to understanding the triggers that you discover to start the healing process. Everyone is different so there is no one plan fits all. We do offer group exercises as well.
